Is it legal to keep a pet chimpanzee, in some places?
If so, do you think is right? Personally I think it's cruel.
It is legal in some places, usually a special permit is required. But I've always thought that was cruel, and after the recent chimpanzee attack in Connecticut, is difficult to ignore the problems that may arise. Simply not fair.
