can a 13 yr old girl and friends start up a pet store?

hi! i want to start up a local pet store. I would have pet supplies for sale. I have a guest house so maybe it could be there. It would only be opened on the weekend. I would ask local animal shelters that have hamsters, guinea pig, rabbits, lizards, birds etc if they would like to bring over some animals. And then get dogs, puppies, cats and kittens out of different shelters too. I am gonna breed fish, so maybe the baby fish can be for sale. Is this legal? Can i do this? Is it a good idea? I will also have foster puppies on my hands so they can be up for adoption there too!

if you’re all around the age of 13, than i think that this is a horrible idea and you’ll just end up with lots of sad animals…
