The Attitude of Gratitude

The attitude of being grateful for every moment of every day is a key secret to living a healthy light. When thanked of life, all the blessings we receive as well as for the challenges of life, flooding your body with the powerful healing energy. You are enveloped in grace and life becomes rich.

With new break throughs in neuroscience, scientists are now showing the benefits of being thankful. For example, when you feel a immense love and gratitude in your heart before your meal, your brain releases digestive enzymes in saliva that helps break down faster food. This is a simple thing you can do to help you on your way to live a happy, healthy life.

Being thankful is a choice. Every moment of the day, you have the option of each point of view of the events before that in a positive or negative. How you choose to go determines the level of health and especially welbeing you experience. Can or choose to be grateful, that brings positive feelings, an optimistic view, increasing serotonin levels, stimulates the immune system, and only feels well or you can choose to be sad, angry or mad that makes your blood pressure rise, low serotonin levels, and cortisol levels rise.

To put it simply:
Negative thoughts angry equals poor health.
Positive thoughts appreciated as good health.

What to choose?

Of course, choosing a good health. But can it really be healthy and grateful all the time? Of course! Its takes practice, determination and a good sense of humor, but you can do. (And it's soooo worth the investment.)

In a recent study in the University California, researchers found that people who scored 5 things they were grateful for that happened to them during the day, were healthier, happier, and slept better than the group that wrote a 5 discomfort you experienced during the day. In another study, researchers at the University of Connecticut, found that gratitude may have a protective effect against heart attacks. The study of people who had suffered a heart attack, researchers found that those patients they saw the benefits and profits of your heart attack, as more and more appreciative of life, experienced a lower risk of suffering another heart attack.

So again …. What to choose?
Gratitude of course!

So what do I enter and remain in a state of gratitude? Its easy and fun!

Here are some ways proved to be of great help in getting a sense of gratitude:

1. Count your blessings ~ Keeping a Gratitude Journal
At the end of the day before going to sleep, write in your gratitude journal at least 5 things you are grateful. Write down all the reasons for "Thank you". By doing this you will sleep deeply and enriched with the positive feelings it has created. My friends and customers who always report results amazing. Do it for 21 days to see for yourself.

2. Breathe in gratitude
Sit comfortably with eyes closed, take a few deep breaths few times. Focus on the feeling of being grateful. To help with this, think of something that you really appreciate about life. It can be a friend of nature, an animal company, something good that happened that day, anything that makes you feel grateful in his heart. Then relax and breathe naturally. Now inhalation mentally say the words "Thank you. Then, on the exhale, mentally say "thank you. Do this for 5 minutes. You'll feel very relaxed and positive feelings. Sitting breath for 5 minutes every day "thank you" will raise and make his life awesome. (not like to say to yourself "My life is amazing!"?)

3. Be thankful for your body ~ Give it reflexology and massage

With love, pain and suffering is transformed into sweetness and beauty. It's like leaving an alkaline solution in acidic water. Than the water returns to its natural state. Gratitude returns to its natural state. That simple.
