where could i find a cheap chihuahua male for sale?

i want a male chihuahua about 1 year old
i want one NOT fixed!
at pet finder i think their all fixed right?
dose nutered mean their fixed?

Neutered means fixed.

You should check the classifieds if you want one. Males are easy to find cheap. Intact animals are worth more than altered ones who basically have no value. But if you keep looking, you will eventually find one at a reasonable price. You might check breeders for retiring sires. That would be more expensive.

Another option would be to get a puppy and raise him yourself.
