pets at home , delivery of gold fish?

was wondering how do the goldfish in the HGV get packaged or stored/transported to the retail outlets such as pets at home etc

the best way to answer this question is to go into the store and ask for yourself. be warned tho my local store staff have no idea what they are doing and they even tried to tell me that floating the bag for 20 minutes is guaranteeing the fish. this is only through lack of training or through some having no interest in this section of pets at home and not all stores are like this.

if you want to purchase fish then i suggst that you stick to a aquatic place and not as general pet store as they have to rely more on the quality of th fish and the advice they give out
