Kids Pet Death
In the LDS, families are forever. What if a pet is considered part of the family. Will they be resurrected 2
In many families, pets play an essential role. They amuse the kids, they don’t talk, they have empathy for human owners, they teach responsibility, they offer comfort. Sooo…
If a pet is a de facto family member, considered by parents and kids to be a part of the family, what happens to these ‘other’ family members after death. In view of rebirth/karmic law/resurrection, can one hope to be reunited with their pets?
I believe that pets also have a spirit and that they will be “resurrected”.. I think a lot of what we consider normal here will still be in existance in the after-life, like we will have homes, pets, stuff like that.
I read something once that said during the millenium and in the Kingdoms there will be all sorts of animals – especially ones we have never even seen before…
