Are miniature horses legal house pets in Montreal?
My uncle has one as a great house pet further out in the country, I just wanted to know if they are legal here in the city.
probably not. most cities, even seattle, allow goats but minis, most will only if they are service animals (minis can be used in the place of seeing eye dogs)
