I am becoming homeless in 3 hours in nyc where can i go?

I have a job with good pay.. i can get about 1000 dollars a month.. right now i have no money because i spent it on bills but i can save up and get my own place i get my next check on the 3rd. i have a small pet a puppy i need to take care of.. i cant give him up.. i have no family no nothing no place to go.. my cell fone service is still working until next month and i have an unlimited metro card until next month is all i have to my name.. where can i go?? can someone please tell me of an agency or sumwherre…. my mom just went ballistic and tried to harm me and i will no longer be staying with her.
