What the hell happened? says it has paid and I didn't?

I have this cage for birds of this eBay store called TIMS supplies Andi pet prices was buying the item and then I clicked on something and say that I paid for the item and I didn't even type in a credit card … What happened?

Last used Ebay (3 or 4 years) who had a feature that allows something to be marked as paid. This is purely for their own records and not a payment. Contact the seller about acceptable forms of payment.
