How to keep my fish safe???? PLEASE AT LEAST TRY TO ANSWER EMERGENCY HELP NEEDED!

I have a pet sitter comming over while i am across the country for 4 days, and she killed my fish that already had illnesses last time. this time, i have done water changes in both of my tanks (1.5 tank with goldfish and 10 gallon tank with neon tetras betta and snails), and given her manuals on how to take care of them. yes i know the goldfish tank is way to small but it was all i had at the time and i am working on putting him into my pond. im leaving today so plz answer quickly. she doesn’t seem to care much about the fish so she’s probably gonna be lazy about it and just feed them. have any tips on how to keep them alive until i get bak????

Your best bet is to not have your sitter feed the fish at all. (do you have other pets that she will be tending to?)

Your fish will be just fine for over a week, without being fed. This also gives you the bonus of not having as much fish waste to foul the water, especially in the goldfish tank.
