Help needed in the PETS-CAT SECTION; how to get it?

The PETS-CAT SECTION has been overrun by TROLLS. Up until a week ago this was a forum dedicated to helping pets; the section has been completely taken over by TROLLS asking the most offensive questions and cloning members accounts. They appear to be targetting all the TC’s in the section.
What can be done about them? There are too many to keep reporting and serious questions are not being given the attention they require.
How do we stop these people from ruining it for legitimate members?
Phil – We have no intention of getting into a squirting match with these people. We need a legitimate solution.
