Can you help me choose a pet?

I have no experience at all in pets. I live alone, so I thought It’d be fun if I raise a dog or a cat. I want a dog that is not very hard to train, who’s just cuddly and nice company, not much demanding and that does not drool alot lol
I once saw a cute dog, it looks like a fox. The vet told me that this kind of dog does not grow much in size. It stays small.
It’s not a chihuaha, more beautiful. I just can’t remember its name.

Don’t get a dog. Those are not beginner pets. Try starting with pet fish.. seriously dogs are hard work. Maybe get a cat I wouldn’t.
