Pet Hotel

When a hotel is listed as "pet-free" and not, so if the laws are broken?
I work in the reception of the pet a "free" hotel. My GM, however, random allows people with pets stay. We are listed in several publications as "pet-free." I tried to explain, unsuccessfully, that if you have signs, then you can not allow pets in me would like to show what exactly the law says about this. Me saying that we are responsible if something should happen, does not seem enough. Please help!
There is no specific law that need to be the mascot of the hotel free, even if they claim to be pet free. The responsibility falls on the fact that a person who rents a room in a hotel listed as the animals Free company would have a reasonable expectation of being free from complications caused by the presence of animals. For example, if a customer complained about the noise of a pet, you will have no choice but to refund your money. If a customer had an allergic reaction to remain in a waiting room that is free of hair animal, then they could claim damages against the hotel to mislead into thinking that the room would be free of that condition. Your manager is to open the door to a possible liability and negligence claims, but that's all.
