right to own a domestic animal (dog), can a society of owners of not allowing members?

I am the owner member only to have a pet in my apartment 25 floors. I need defend my case in the general meeting NXT body. is the responsibility of the members present executives raise this issue. traind my dog is a Lab, 19 months of age. m It is the specific India. society was formed by members of owners without any covenants in relation to pets. my one is a laboratory trained and behaved well. What now?

If the covenents of association members say are allowed to spend the choises association rules and pass a rule that says you cannont dogs / animals / pets over Certina size can. However, do not apply if an exemption clause which states that the owners had pets before the rule can keep them (even if states can not acquire new ones) that you have reason good enough to fight them in court if necessary. Just be sure to have a lot of documantation (vet records, registration AKC, the paper work for the city dog licenses etc.) that the dog before ownend rule was in place
