my i-cy music pet is sick but i am playing it music off videosfrom youtube,but its sick!?

could you tell me what I am doing wrong? please answer if you either make idog products know alot about them or own one yourself!

r u sure that it is listening to the music?
press the nose b4 u put on the music….
maybe thats y its sick….
