this question is for filipino dog owners. is somebody here offering his pet for adoption?

i love dogs but i dont have one since1994 when i was about 9 years old. we have a smart labrador named “flash” with amazing skills back then and is very intelligent. he lived with us for several years until he was killed one night. some people act worse than animal. as the saying goes here ” dogs are lucky because they have breed, people dont”. i miss my dog.
