Jumping rats or degus?

Hello, I live in the UK, and saw a show about a zoo where he had been compromised rats jumping … are enormous, and I was on if you can have one as a pet ?…. I think it would be great. I used to have degus, and I also consider two of those, if someone know of a good supplier in the UK?. If anyone can help me, i dont want to pay a Degu leg n arm, like a pet is not an investment! Im concerned for all degus in the UK are pure and so will miss-aligned teeth, etc.

If this rat jumping is an endangered animal, you probably not be able to get one as a pet. It is probably illegal. If it is legal, buying one will be very expensive.
